electronic ignition system for Yamaha XS650 (1.4 kg Rotor, complete system)
Magnet based generator with integrated solid state ignition. replaces all original generator and ignition parts. Updates your system to 12V/180W DC. No changes on engine housing necessary. The system is technically capable of running without battery.
Notice:
Does not support the original safety relay that prevents starting into an already running engine.
Does not support any existing electronic revolution counter unless this instrument was triggered by the stock points. In that case you may keep the points, just for driving your tachometer as before.
