Let us know the reason for the complaint. The easiest way for us is via article number and if it is easy for us you will have the benefit of a fast settlement.


Extremely rarely e-mails do not reach their destination. This might be the case if we have not answered your e-mail within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), as it is very important for us to answer each e-mail as soon as possible. Then please click on our homepage there you can find our fax and telephone numbers. If the office is not occupied, the answering machine is switched on. We will call you back as soon as possible.


Complaints are taken very seriously and questions concerning warranty are answered very quickly by e-mail. We will arrange steps to handle the fault.


After having contacted us, you can return the article together with fault description and article number, postage unpaid and well-packed (original packing would be best).


Parcels which are returned postage unpaid without our agreement, we do not accept. The same is true for not arranged returns. Of course, delivery of replacements is effected postage will be paid by us.


Should an article bought at tola-tools be returned within 14 days after receipt, because of not being satisfied or other reasons, we reserve the right to demand 10% of the sales price for processing fee respectively if the customer has already paid to deduct 10% from the reimbursement.


Transport costs for returned goods have always be borne by the buyer.
