Electronic Ignition System for Victoria 114 with Sachs engine 50/3 MB
Magnet based generator with integrated ignition. Output at 12V/100W DC. Solid state ignition with own power supply from within the system.
Replaces old Bosch dynamo including ignition coils.
No modifications on engine housing necessary. The system is technically capable of running without battery.
Notes:
- The ignition coil and regulator must be installed outside the engine
- Does not replace the fan wheel, this is still required by the original system
tola-tools notes for installation:
- Deviating from the original installation instructions, the fan wheel has to be underlaid with 2x washers 6.4 mm each, 1.5 mm thick.
- The original cardboard gasket with a thickness of 0.5 mm must also be underlaid,
so that a total of 3.5 mm lining is available to fasten the fan wheel without tension.
- The holes for double fastening must be made by hand into the cardboard gasket, the original condition has only triple bores.
